How many versions does the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Series have, and what are the differences between them?
The DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Series includes two versions: DJI Mavic 3 Thermal (M3T) and DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise (M3E) DJI Mavic 3E is equipped with a 20MP wide-angle camera with a 4/3 CMOS and a tele camera, while DJI Mavic 3T is equipped with a 48MP wide-angle camera with a 1/2-inch CMOS, a tele camera, and a thermal camera. A Mavic 3 Multispectral (M3M) is also available for precision agriculture use cases.

The Mavic 3 Thermal's thermal camera is a 640 x 512 radiometric sensor capable of point and area temperature measurement, high-temperature alerts, various thermal color palettes, and isotherms.

What use cases or industries is the Mavic 3 Thermal best for? 
The Mavic 3 Thermal's 640x512 thermal capabilities make it ideal thermal drone for search and rescue operations, firefighting and hotspot identification, building and infrastructure inspections (that require thermal), law enforcement, private security, wildlife monitoring, as well as solar and roof inspections. 

Can I use the Mavic 3 Thermal for Mapping?
Technically, yes. However, because the wide camera on the M3T is only a 1/2" CMOS sensor, it is NOT ideal for mapping & photogrammetry. We recommend a drone with a larger RGB sensor, such as the Mavic 3 Enterprise.

Can the Mavic 3 Thermal be used for precision surveying?
While the Mavic 3 Thermal can perform surveying tasks and thermal mapping, high-precision surveying with the RTK module is more accurate on the Mavic 3 Enterprise.

What is the temperature measurement range of the Mavic 3 Thermal's thermal camera?
The temperature measurement range is -20°C to 150°C in high gain mode and 0°C to 500°C in low gain mode
